I would over-analyze every text message I sent for signs of anything that would make a dude think I was a little too clingy.
When things went wrong, I would read over conversations, convinced that I had done something to make him think I was just a little bit too much. To be blunt, it sucks that girls spend so much time worrying about being perceived as “crazy” by guys.
When you think about it, Mr Schuester is a pretty naive and all-round bad teacher, but gets given this weird godlike status among his pupils and fellow teachers. After arriving in season nine, she was nothing but an irritating brat who has far too many secrets, treats all her friends like crap and at the time of writing has pretty much ruined the life of our favourite hunk: Alex Karev. Kate (We almost chose Jack for this list, but he at least had a few moments of badassery – especially in the finale – that just about save him. We quite liked her "fugitive given a second chance" schtick right at the start.
It was totally her fault that he got arrested for punching the hell out of Deluca and she's got away with it. But as we got further and further into the show, she was just the worst.
Even without the irritating love triangle she was involved in, she ALWAYS got in the way, made situations much trickier by simply being there, and worst of all: gave the dreaded Kate stare (see above).7.
April (Just when we thought that Luke and Lorelai were going to FINALLY settle down and have the beautiful relationship we always knew they'd have, the writers had to come up with this devil child.
Did I mention that these bizarre women also happened to be very beautiful?
One of the questions I hear the most often from my girl friends about their crush/boyfriend is, without a doubt, this one: “Is this going to make him think I’m crazy?
Ultimately, Kelce eliminated her due to lack of connection. Another woman — Crystal, from Florida — told Kelce that she recently caught the bouquet at her sister’s wedding and thought that it was a sign for things to come with them, which is definitely a surefire way to score a relationship with a person that you literally just met.
(Astoundingly, she was selected among the 20 finalists.) If that’s not cringeworthy enough, yet another (Anika, from Minnesota) spent her 60 seconds talking about her cat and doing cat impressions, and she was also selected into the final 20!
I absolutely hate when dudes call girls “crazy.” Unless a girl is legitimately stalking or harassing you, don’t call her crazy. However, while this societal behavior annoys me very much, I have to agree that there are some things both girls and guys do that come off as clingy. Still, I’m always interested in getting a guy’s point of view on this subject.
I can understand why a dude would get annoyed by a clingy girl. And while I wish we didn’t all stress about it so much, I do think we should try to avoid being needy as often as possible. So when I saw this thread on Reddit’s Ask Men sub-Reddit, I knew I had to share it.
