I see every email that I send in my Sent folder, and I see new spam in my Spam folder, but nothing new is appearing in my Inbox.
The following error appears in Sync issues multiple times each time I launch Outlook: Synchronizer Version 15.0.4551.1004 Synchronizing Mailbox '[email protected]' Synchronizing Hierarchy Error in folder 'spam' [800CCCD2-0-0-733] Terminated in error [800CCCD2-0-0-733] ..'spam', 'sent', and 'trash' being listed as the error folders. Folder size isn't changing for the Inbox, so I don't think they're being downloaded.
Hi Guys, I bought a MS Surfacebook 2 days ago from the Sydney store with Office 365 included in a package.
Got home, did all the Windows updates to the latest W10 1152 then installed Office from the MS Office website. Opened MS Outlook and set up my Outlook profile as normal, which worked smoothly too.
To do so, complete the following steps: Be sure to back up any existing emails or transfer to an offline location before making this change.
Googleing suggests that an add-in like Google Desktop or MS Search could be causing the problem. Just in case, I have disabled all the build-in add-ins from the trust center, except for VBA, which is required for some auto-updating spreadsheets we use for contact management... 1) Does the user have Google Desktop Search installed?
I've tried: No options available through my email provider's cpanel web interface seem related to this.
I'll keep an eye on this thread, and am happy to provide more details or perform whatever steps are recommended. Fixed it by going into IMAP account management (in The Bat) and manually registering the INBOX folder.
Sent mail only syncs until about 2012 and my personal folders remain blank.
I have tried un-installing office (removing it from registry as well) and then re-installing office with no success – same issue.
